All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.

Note the words.
The MAN that has a MERRY HEART, will CONTINUE to feast.

See Beloved, it is not the man that continually feast that has a Merry Heart, No.
But a Merry Heart can give you a continuous feast (i.e help, mercy, food, shelter, testimony etc)

So what makes a man enjoy life is not because he's rich, but because of the nature of his heart
So what makes a successful man is not finance (if not a poor happy man should still be sad), but the Nature Of His Heart.
POVERTY, IS THEREFORE NOT THE ACT OF BEEN POOR, BUT INSTEAD IS THE ACT OF BEEN LOST. So a poor happy man has the ability in Himself to live the best life.

So I urge you, Be glad. Be joyful. When life throws at you a stone instead of a bread, chest it and kneel, thank God and tear out with Joy
Have you ever given a big smile when crying before?
Yes, that smile is always the most effective.

It is not easy, I tell you, no it is not.
But the rest of us try to therefore find peace, even in the midst of the storm, why?
